This store was part of a comprehensive and full renovation of the existing conditions. This specific archetype was designed as a Neighborhood store, in the bustling and vibrant streets of Covent Garden. This project represented a meticulous execution of our elevated prototype. Unlike the challenges faced in Oxford, the primary obstacle we needed to overcome here involved the unique open ceiling conditions. As a result, we had to thoughtfully integrate our warm textures into the existing industrial design elements to create a cohesive and inviting environment. The staircase was reused and designed it as a grounding point for our materials. I integrated new lighting, planter boxes, wallcoverings and bespoke gallery wall at the cash wrap.
