In 2023 Abercrombie & Fitch leased this space in Flatiron, NY. This was the first execution of a neighborhood store of our prototypical design layout. To execute this design effectively, I was instructed to collaborate with Real Estate, procurement and our millwork vendors. I rendered this store to allow full visibility into every architectural detail as well as conceptual details by providing cut sheets to our partners. working into a fragrance bar layout, wallcovering options and new flooring brought this space to life.
