In 2023 Abercrombie & Fitch leased space in Flatiron, NY. This was the first execution of a neighborhood store of our prototypical design layout. To execute this design effectively, I was instructed to collaborate with Real Estate, procurement and the concept team. I rendered this store to allow full visibility into every architectural detail as well as conceptual details. The goal for this store was that the materials should speak strongly for themselves from the window looking in.
